By investing in mixed-use districts, resilient transit, and human-scale public spaces, the Seattle–Bremerton Urban Development Project turns the Puget Sound from a boundary into a bloodstream. The aim is simple and ambitious: reduce friction, invite opportunity, and prove that regional growth doesn’t have to sprawl or suffocate—it can flow. Think less concrete jungle, more living shoreline.
